  1. Each well of the E-Gel should be filled with 20 μL. For wells that you don't use, fill with 20 μL of distilled water. For molecular weight markers and PCR products, prepare 20 μL samples as follows:
  2. These volumes can be combined on a small sheet of parafilm. Offset and stagger so that there is limited chance they can run into each other. Samples can be loaded directly from this sheet to the gel.
