EMBOSS, 2000
EMBOSS, the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite, implements a number of applications for sequence (DNA or polypeptide) analysis (1). One of those programs, pepstats, includes a calculation of the isoelectric point of a polypeptide. The pK values used in the isoelectric point calculation can be found in the EMBOSS data file Epk.dat.
